Awesome experience and it was my first time. Excellent customer service and my lox on my bagel was perfect.Felt like I was back in New York.I will definitely be back .Also very clean inside.Nice to have in Tradition .I bit into it before I even remembered to take a picture.lol

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently moved here from Fort Lauderdale, and one of the best discoveries we’ve made has been Brooklyn Water Bagel! From day one, Tina and the entire crew have made us feel like regulars. Their customer service is outstanding, and they always go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, the bagels are fantastic, and the welcoming atmosphere keeps us coming back. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares about their customers the way Tina and her crew do. We’re so happy to have Brooklyn Water Bagel as part of our new community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and even better people! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Laura, one of the managers greeted me at the door and was so kind and friendly! She helped me with my order that was very baby friendly for my 1yr old and Dawn, the cook took care in cooking it all up for us! Very friendly staff! I will definitely be back!

The Brooklyn Water Bagel Tradition was just okay. I wouldn’t say it was super memorable. The bagel itself wasn’t bad — I ordered a Taylor ham bagel, but it didn’t really do it justice and just wasn’t that great. On the other hand, the coffee was amazing — I’m not sure what they do to it, but it’s fantastic. The bathrooms were also clean, which is always a plus. Our order was taken pretty quickly, and overall, the experience was just okay. I probably wouldn’t return, but if I was craving a simple bagel with cream cheese and a good coffee, I might stop by.

Just came in for the first time. My wife, my son and I all got the Brooklyn with hash browns and avocado. As good as a bagel breakfast sandwich can be. My wife loves bagels and she said the flavor was great on her everything bagel. FYI, its a big order. I honestly thought Id be hungry afterwards but I was almost full with just half. Very nice and friendly staff. Prices were decent, I think. Not cheap, but fair considering the size of the sandwich.
